The International Youth Golf Foundation, abbreviated as IYGF, is a registered 501(c) non-profit
organization certified and approved by the United States federal government and the state of New York. Our mission is to organize a series of golf tournaments and related activities for global youth aged 12-19. We aim to promote the development of youth golf worldwide by providing a platform for young participants to engage in golf training, competitions, and global cultural exchange opportunities.
Through each golf event, we seek to facilitate the widespread growth of youth golf and enable participants to utilize this platform for golf training, competition, and global cultural exchange. We also strive to provide sponsorship opportunities for youth from international low-income families and offer opportunities for global youth to come to the United States. Additionally, we aim to contribute to the advancement of international youth golf and assist youth from impoverished regions by sponsoring their education in the United States through opportunities provided by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), which includes golf, to gain admission to prestigious American universities.
Annually, we organize both national and international youth championships, featuring awards such as first, second, and third prizes, team awards, hole-in-one awards, encouragement awards, and more. We aspire to align youth competitions with the format of international golf events, intending to cultivate both amateur and professional players through our tournaments. Award-winning participants have the opportunity to receive financial support, acting as a bridge towards their journey to the PGA or LPGA Tours.
